Hey,

I apologize in advance if my question sounds stupid, but forgive me as I'm totally new to this, and I've searched books and web on layout settings and I can't seem to work out why it is when I reload a page or load a page thru my search screen, the web forms on the page seem to all get centred.

When I first load the page, it's fine, or when I click on the "reset" button that I've made (only resets sessions etc.) the page is fine i.e. all my web forms and text are all left-aligned, but whenever I reload or something, it just gets centred again.

I've tried searching around the page settings in dot net nuke, but I can't seem to find anything, well there was an alignment setting I think it was, and it's currently set to "left" but it doesn't look like it solves the problem.

And I don't have any css files or things like that, that appear to be setting the forms to centre if the page reloads.

I'm totally stumpped here, anyone have any hints or clues as to where I might be going wrong or am I just completely lost?

I've done some further investigation and playing around, and I seem to have narrowed the issue down to the actual URL that's being used when redirecting from other pages e.g. from the search page.

The following is from the search page, and what I've found is that the additional parameter "mid" seems to have an effect on the page layout.

1. Response.Redirect(NavigateURL(tabInfo.TabID, "", "mid=" & modInfo.ModuleID))

If I remove the "mid" it appears to redirect fine, and the page layout appears to look normal i.e. all my forms and text etc. are left aligned, as expected.

2. Response.Redirect(NavigateURL(tabInfo.TabID, "", "mid=" & modInfo.ModuleID))

I'm just wondering what exactly "mid" does and why if I include "mid" it'll affect the page layout. Is there a way around this? where I can still have "mid"?

Any help/hints would be greatly appreciated
