Try to follow readme instructions.

At first I found that DotNetNuke need to install as application not just as virtual directory - because I found no way to move DotNetNuke to Classic .NET AppPool. Am I right?

Second is more serious... Readme said: "the {Server}/NetworkService user account must have Read, Write, and Change Control of the root website directory and subdirectories ( this allows the application to create files/folders )". I didn't found how to do it in IIS7.0 -- it's interface quite different than IIS6.0.
But anyway attempt to open http://localhost/DotNetNuke report the following:

(try to translate: "Can't open database DotNetNuke, asked by login. Login was unsuccessfull. User "NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE" can't login into system")

What's wrong? How to assign proper rights to NETWORK SERVICE in IIS7.0?

IIS has nothing to do with it. Access rights are applied to the folder where DNN is located (also you might need to apply them to the IIS root folder).

The error most likely means that DNN cannot access DB.
