Hi I have used the MMLinks module to localize the content of my portal but i can't localize the horizontical menu bar.Can anyone tell me a module or any other way to do this work?

Try DSLocalizator, it is the module designed to localize tab information. MMlinks is a content localization module... MMlinks cannot localize menu

another option is module "PageLocalization" from Apollo Software, that is available at www.snowcovered.com.
