I have a simple control that I added as a module but users have to have edit rights to make the buttons post back.

It has 10 buttons that change a image and a label and it have an interactive image that I created basically hotspots that also change that same image and label.

If I don't specify edit rights the users clicks and you can tell the page is reacting but nothing changes.

Here is a snippet of the code:

 Protected Sub Play3_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Play3.Click
            Image1.ImageUrl = "~/images/playground.gif"
            Label1.Text = "Playground for the school age and Pre-K kids"
        End Sub

Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

Dan

It may be:

The module has caching enabled. Set the caching to 0 and click the update link in the module configuration settings for the module.

thank you, the caching to 0 fixed it. I have been out of the dotnetnuke world for awhile so I guess I forgot that one.
