The DNN SEO Redirector Module is a module that uses a URLs from the user to direct traffic from a existent URL to an existent URL. The user can throw any code they wish listed in the Server codes section. This module will help in Duplicate pages like yourwebsite.com and yourwebsite.com/Home.aspx. This means the page in question is more unique and more valuable to the search engine.

The Module is really easy to setup.

There are no files you need to edit. All you have to do is install it like a regular module and place it on any page. If you hide the container no unauthorized user can view it.

Here is what it will look like when first installed in the admin or host account:

Install.jpg

All you have to do is click Install Redirector and then the module turns into this:

All Set Up.jpg

It is automatically configured to start redirecting your Home page to the root URL using the 301 redirect code.

You can edit any cell by clicking the pencil which will make the module look like so:

Edit Rule.jpg

The disk will update the current edited fields and the X Next to the disk will cancel the edit.

The X next to the pencil will delete the Items next to it.

To Add a new rule just click Add New Rule and it will look like this:

Add Rule.jpg

Insert the information and click the disk to save/update the rule and that is it. It will start redirecting a page that is already in the database to another page that is in the database.

The redirector does not work unless there is a page in DotNetNuke. The page can be disabled and hidden.

The Demo only works on Localhost.

You may request a 30 day demo license for your specific IP address by sending your request to licenses@dnnseo.net
