I use UDT with xmod UDT Manager which is a great combo. My problem is I updated to the new UDT which broke the xmod UDT Manager (I have let them know), I uninstalled the new UDT and reinstalled the older ver which fixed everything. But I lost my data - my ISP tells me they can restore SQL tables but I have to tell them which tables to restore. I look through the tables but I see UDT does not just creat a new SQL table but keeps data in UDT table? Could you tell me which tables to have my ISP restore.

Thanks for your Time

Steven

Steven,

UDT data is stored in UserDefinedFields, UserDefinedData and UserDefinedRows, however module settings (which have been modified significantly) are stored together with other modules' settings in ModuleSettings and TabModuleSettings, and restoring these tables might result in inconsistencies. I suggest to revert to a complete database backup taken before the module upgrade.

Note, that any external access to UDT data might fail after upgrades, if it is accessing module data via SQL, not using our business objects.
