I'm trying to debug some code and tried using diagnostics.debug but it is just stepped over and nothing placed in output. Anyone any ideas? As well I have my own controls on a module and I noticed using breakpoint that events are being fired in a rather eclectic order, any ideas anyone? As well the project steps through a conditional statement when the expression is set to false i.e. F11 step right into it even though it's false i.e. if SomeExp then... even "SomeExp" evaluates to false but the module still steps through it, I have to admit this stuff is tough to program with, I mean just when you think you have a handle on it you get stuff like this happening and my IDE setting work fine with otherr projects. How much can a koala bear.

that sounds a little odd, perhaps your pdb is out of sync with the code. Try going to c:\documents and settings\[user]\vswebcache and deleting the contents. Also go to c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\[framework version]\temporary asp.net files and deleting the contents. Next ensure that all the projects you want to step through are compiled in debug mode, as by default we compile all assemblies in release mode.
