I have added the following to Install\DesktopModules\Repository\Templates\default\template.html

                <tr>
                    <td align=left valign=top class="SubHead" width=75>[LABEL:FileName]</td>
                    <td align=left valign=top class="normal">[FILE]</td>
                </tr>

But, these tokens are not rendering.

In Install\DesktopModules\Repository\App_LocalResources\Repository.ascx.resx, there is an entry for File.Text, with a value of File, but there is no entry FileName.Text. Should there be?

I'm new to this and really need to get it to a point where it displays the filename of the file that has been uploaded -- not just the title that the user entered in the upload form. Thanks for your help!
