Hello.

I have a skin.zip which contains 1 xml file, 1 html file (the general shell) and the associated graphics.

When i upload it, i get no errors, but when i preview it, and i goto the server to read the error i receive, i get this:
The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% ... %>).

How can i fix this? When i try doing containers, it works fine.

Also, im testing dotnetnuke to be used as a migration from PostNuke (PHP). I could use something similar to containers, except each container i had, had a graphic title in it. So therefore, if on the main page i had an RSS Feed, and Forum Feed, they would say that using a graphic. You can see what I mean at extranet.floridaconference.com

Im literally trying to emulate my postnuke theme, into a DNN skin. I want the exact look, as we do not want our office staff panicing, and we do like the look i designed the first time around... How can I do this?

Thanks.

May be I did not undrestand the Graphic Title problem, but you could use the skin object [icon] and place it where the headings are and therefore you could have graphics as title while you populate the page. With regards to your error may be you could post the html so we may see what the issue may be.

Check your code - from my understanding that error has most likely occured through copying and pasting information and you have got two lines next to each other without spacing - look in your pane tags first.

Hello,

Can I double check something?

You state you are using a xml file and a html file. - At the top of your html file, have you included the control blocks that you can see in the .ascx file?

With a .html file, because you are using a .xml file, all you need to put in your .html file is the tokens eg [COPYRIGHT] you do not add any code in the top of your document.

If you are using an .ascx file for your skin, then you add the control code into the top of your skin.

- You can check the different versions in the DNN-Blue skin that comes with DotNetNuke

I tested the uploading of a skin by cut/pasting the html of one of the other skins (DNN-Blue) into my skin. I updated the XML, and uploaded it fine. It previewed fine. I compared the information on it, and the information on mine, and i dont know what to do... I completely gutted it from [] type commands.:

Here is the HTML im using:

Thanks
