I have worked with VS2008 and DNN ... there are issues at the moment on the appropriate way to package your modules.  I have made DNN work using VS2008 beta, so I would suggest using the LINQ features should not be an issue.   What do you want to use LINQ for?   Please remember, since this is all Beta software from Microsoft, you will not get any support from the Core team.

I would play with VS2008 and the LINQ features you want and report back to the forum on your progress or lack of progress ... this way you will get some interest and possibly some help.

Also, the more detail you provide, the more help your will get...  no detail, then no help.  ;-)

Paul.
