I have not been able to find a lot of information in the forums on this, so posting my question. I need to create a function that get the previous or next tabid, taking into account security access, visibility, etc. I have done that, but looking at making this stronger. I was reading the navigation provider documentation, and it seems to me that for what I am doing, inheriting from the navobjectbase might be overkill, and create more overhead than I need. Any ideas/feedback?

Thanks!

Given that DNN navigation is traditional thought of as a tree structure - what exactly do you mean by Next TABID.

What exactly are your trying to achieve.

Thanks for the reply, Westa. It is kind of a suplementary navigation add. A "Back" and "Next" button/link that appears on every page. Seems superfluous, but necessary in the context of the site. So, clicking on next takes you to the next page in the site. Kind of a linear pregression through all of the pages.
