I've installed succesfully dotnetnuke in my PC. Localhost.

Now i'm trying to make my pc a server, but i cannot get into my DNN portal. Ive created htm documents and I've been capable of getting into them, so it proves that my Pc is acting properly as a server. Each time I try to connect to default.aspx, it redirects me to localhost, on the external machine (which is another Pc, not LAN connected to the server one). So, in its localhost, there's nothing, of course.

Does anyone know which step I might have done wrongly?

before you can call your site from an external address, you need to add the new url as portal alias: login as superuser ("host"), go to portals item in Host menu, select your portal, scoll down settings page to the far end and add the new address as portal alias.
