I ran 460 install against my 455 development site and some of my pictures are not showing up.  I check the picture url and it appears it's adding duplicating part of the url.

For example: Previous Picture url that worked:  http://www.ops.org/OPS455/Portals/0/OPS_LOGO_SMALL.jpg

And now the after the upgrade it appears like this:  http://www.ops.org/OPS455/Portals/0//OPS/Portals/0/OPS_LOGO_SMALL.jpg

Is this a bug or configuration error on my part?

Also, I can't seem to hover on my parent page buttons on the main menu.  It always brings up the child pages.  Has anyone else run into this?
