Hi, Guys!

Sometimes in the debugger I see that all MyModuleView members, including such PortalModuleBase members as ModuleId, UserId and others are null. This also lead to multiple NullReferenceException in my module.

Why could that happen?

it should be fixed in dnn4.60

Ok, nice)

But what can I do with it now? Can I somehow overcome it or don't let it happen if it's a known issue?

What should I do as a module developer when I face a framework bug? How should I handle it?

Thanks a lot!

NSerzh, I did not read your posting correctly and  associated your request with a different issue. Though when it would have solved it, DNN4.6.0 is already released.

Can you describe some steps to reproduce your issue?

Btw, ModuleID and co get set when DNN loads the module.  They are not set if you your own implementations using LoadControl or similar.
