I am using an UpdateProgress control to display an animated gif while an asynch process is occuring. It works fine, with the exception that when the page is re-rendered after the process and the UpdateProgress animated gif is removed an extra linebreak is added into the html. It's easiest to see with a before, during and after picture. I've turned on the table borders so it's easy to see what is happening:

Notice how the area where the progress animated gif was now has an extra linebreak. I've tried this same functionality out on a vanilla aspx page and it works as expected. Anyone have any suggestions on a possible workaround?

Your third image is not showing up.

How were you able to remove the DNN default updateProgress image? I've added my own UpdateProgress image but now 2 are showing up - the dnn default one and the one i added.
