I have uploaded a new dnn 04.06.00 installation to our server. I used the wizard and within a couple of minutes we got the message that the installation was complete. However, we couldn't use the next button in the wizzard. I opened a new browser window and surfed to the site. Following error exceeded:

The stored procedure 'arride441_GetPortalAliasByPortalID' doesn't exist"

When I looked in my database with Sql Manager I saw not a single table. What can be the problem?

I've just noticed that this is a difficult problem. I customized my web.config manually. That makes no difference. When I drop the database and make a new one and customize the web.config, it works. It seems that the settings in the wizard are not used well in the web.config. I choosed for a SQL Server 2005 and not for a Express Database, but in the web.config I saw only the Express.

are you sure, that the connection string is for sqlExpress only or has only deleted the wrong comment string by the wizard?

I'm not sure of this, but I know that the values of my input where pasted in the data source line and not behind the server. So I had to cut and pasted in the right order. I don't think I did something wrong, because I've installed dnn several times.
