Hi all,

Can anyone show me of how to change the forgot password module, so that instead of sending the existing password, we want to send a new automated generated password? So, everytime user click the send my password by providing their email address, we want to automatically reset their password.

Thanks in advance.

What if some wise guy enters amin's username and clicks "reset password"? :)

Is there any workaround on this? Because it is one of the requirement on our client that a user will never get their original email on forgot password, but they will get the reset password. Thanks.

I already solved the problem. I just add this line of code and everything works like I want it.

Add this line of code into SendPassword.ascx.vb:

UserController.ResetPassword(objUser,

"")

Hope this helps.
