I appreciate if you please let me know how to get the tabstrip control at the page of dotnetnuke and to put different modules on different tabs.

I don't understand your question.   The tabstrip is a control (like a button or a Panel).  It can be contained within a module like any other control.  To put modules inside it would be difficult, though I guess if you wanted to not have a hierarchy, you could write your own navigation provider to use the tabstrip as the main navigation within your site.  Though I would not recommend this.

What i mean to say is that how on the page can we have the tabstrip control so that we can put text/html module on different tabs.

Sorry, I still do not understand the question.   The tabstrip is a control, that you can put in a module, that exists on a page.

Page -> Module -> TabStrip -> Tabs

You seem to want

Page -> TabStrip -> Tabs -> Module

If that is the case, then I don't know how you would do this in DNN in a straightforward manner.

It seems like you could do this though

Page -> Module -> Tabstrip -> Tabs -> HTML editor control (not module)
