Do you have any third party Friendly Url components installed?  I know if you have ventrian's url rewrite you'll be this error.

If so, there is a fix on the www.ventrian.com website

 

Do you use Oracle?  Then try GoldFish.Net

Get it from CNET Download.com!

Same problem, different issue......... This is a fresh install, no modifications,
