I would like to modify SolPartMenu so that the top navigation drop down only displays the first two branches, and the remaining branches are displayed on a sidebar menu.

For example:

I would like the drop down in this case to only display The UA ---->  Information Technology Services, and not the sub menu below that.  Then, in the left hand column, I'd like for any menu items below the second level (in this case, anything below Information Technology Services) to be listed.  

The page has the left menu items currently, but this was configured using a plugin that has to be manually setup for each page.
