Another thing, my friend says can able and disable any language and asign the one she likes, but now the problem is one of the sobportals is a child one, so if she disable the english languaje for the parent, the child show content at english, and that's not that she needs, couse she needs that the child shows information in english and the parent in spanish.

Thanks

subportals can have individual languages, but the language selection is done per domain. you might need to use subdomains instead of subportals.

So, what should i do?, to make diferent DNN instance?, like another DNN instalation?.  I don't know if the same happend to my friend, but i have serious problems with creating a parent portal (Not a child from the main one)  in DNN, when i try doing this, DNN send me an error and do not load the portal.  I thought it was a DNN instalation error, but when y tryed creating a child subportal that's just right.

So, sorry but i don't really know how to do that you say, can you explain it better?.  Thanks a lot

you can use the same DNN installation, but need to create a parent portal. Make sure, that Nameserver and IIS route the subomain as the main domain to the dotnetnuke web site, everything else will be done by DotNetNuke. This will make cookies portalspecific.

Hi Leupold, thanks for all of your replyes, my friend made the mistake of making Child subportals for diferent languajes, and right now is trying to fix this.  The portal was finished sometime before and have a lot of applications mounted by using an IFrame, some client applications.

She should do something to fix this error, but i don't know if migrating all of the application to a MultiLanguaje One could be the bes way to.  I'm talking about Migrate to the apolo Multilingual modules for example.  If you think so, please just tell me some advantage or dissadvantage, if the IFrame can not work as well as it's working now, we can not migrate

Thanks
