I must admit they are not the best.  I have had downtime myself usally sometimes having to request a worker recycle as i get the usal excuses.  In short i will be moving our sites as one has 4000+ members.  The mailout function is also as bad as you can add to cue on friday and not get approved till monday as a lot of their senior techniciations don't work weekends.  Annoying........

I switched from GoDaddy to www.webhostforasp.net. The price is great and the service is FANTASTIC! DNN is autoinstall, and they will help you move your site to their servers. I highly recommend these guys. I have 3 DNN websites on their servers.

If God does not live in Colorado, I bet he visits there a lot!!

I had the same issue with WH4L and a friend of mine told me to try Domain Central 24/7 http://www.domaincentral24-7.com. Our DNN portal is now housed there and never had any other problem after transfering it. They also have auto install for DNN and customer representative are very polite.

My relationship with WH4L was shortlived too...only time I can remember when the ol' adage about getting what you pay for did not hold. I couldn't stomach it anymore, so moved my site out a few days before the 90-day money-back-guarantee deadline....full refund was issued, which is the best thing I can say about them.

Oh, and I liked the one-button shrink and native backups, too....so two things I liked about them. :)

Interesting thread which is confirming my feelings about them also.  I have always received timely and competent tech support from them (even their immediate chat option which worked out well), however the only thing I have against them is speed.  My DNN site seems so slow in comparison with other DNN sites.

I do like their control panel, their usage meter, their backup and SQL access though - top notch.

WebHost4Life just needs a big chevy under the hood to get those bits flowing a bit quicker.
