I was setting up my install at 3AM EST this morning.  I saw an interesting behavior though.  When I was not logged into my portal the date correctly said Oct 1st.  When I logged in as an admin the date changed to Sept 30.  Is there another spot other than the portal settings where I am supposed to set the timezone?  I could not find anything under Host settings.  Let me know what can be happening.

I just spoke to my provider who tells me that they have verified their time on the server is EST. I have verified this with a Now () function that returns the correct time.  I have verified the portal is set to EST -5.  The problem I am having is that the DNN application's time is still off by 1 hour.  When I go to enter a new post or blog I get a timestamp that is from one hour ahead.  GMT -6 if you will. Please point me in the right direction.
