Maybe I'm not approaching this right or some other module could work for me.

I have a series of html files that are sequential (training). I'd like to plop them into a Text/Html module and show the user a menu for navigating the files. I thought I might be able to import the files but I can't figure out what type of file is importable.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I want to view the individual pages in the content pane  but have the ability to link to the sequential pages and load them in the same content pane. How can I do that? Could I use tables, frames?

have a look at free Multipage from Bonosoft, if you need a menu for your texts.Another option is using UserDefinedTable in Master/Detail-Mode.
