I am trying to send event logs, typing in my email address  name@company.org I get the following error:

  A critical error has occurred.
The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.

 

as well as this event:

make sure, you don't have a type with a special character or a comma instead of a point. there have been no other complaints about email validation in 4.5.5.

the address is solely name@company.org - nothing other than letters @ and a '.'  I am sure it worked before...

I seem not to be getting other emails from the Dynamic Registration module - is it possible it is related to actually sending the message & the hosting provider is somehow refusing the address?

(& how can I change the title, having mis-typed it!)

oops, if you are using a 3rd party module, please contact the developer to get it fixed. This might be caused by using internal interfaces in the framework, that have been changed and can only be fixed by the component developer.

my original email I state I have problems with the error log (part of the main DotNetNuke install)...
