Trying to dload DNN 3.2.0 got a Parser Error

Parser Error Message: Stream is not a valid resource file.

Source Error:

Line 1:  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?> 
Line 2: <locales>
Line 3: <inactive>

Source File: /dotnetnuke1/App_GlobalResources/Locales.Portal.xml.resources

This is the source file info. I need a fix anyone have one?

Are you trying to install this on your local computer or onto a server?  If you're trying to install it on a server, I'd recommend just contacting your hosting provider and tell them to do it (it should be free).  PowerDNN, for example does free transfers, DNN support, and has amazingly fast servers.

    Thanks I got the problem fixed at about 2 this morning. I dloaded DNN 4.0 and ran the installation . I had to go into the code and change a few items for it to work. I t was that I had to make sure that all references to the dbase where pointing to the version of SQL i was using which is SQL Server 2000. Its up now though thanks for the reply.

Hello everyone, I have exactly the same problem while trying to setup DNN32 on my local Wondows 2003 server with SQL 2000 SP4, I don't really understand the solution given in this thread, if anyone can help it would be great.
