Note that a new version (02.01.01) is available, this version correct some little bugs and add a new feature for having translated graphics buttons.

Concerning your question: Off course YES, you can!

Go to the Store Admin module, check the "Portal Templates" setting and Update. That's all!
When you click on update, all files and sub folders from ...\DesktopModules\WWStore\Templates are copied under ...\Portals\n\WWStore\Templates. Note that files are copied if AND ONLY IF the folder WWStore DO NOT EXIST in the portal folder.
