 My dnn installation of 3.2.2 works fine on my pc with the ip address of 192.168.0.110 but when i access the application through the intranet using http://chriswork/dotnetnuke it gives me the error below.

 

i have configured the following settings:

i have set Default.aspx as the default document in IIS 5.1

i have updated the PortalAlias in SQL server 2000 to 192.168.0.110/DotNetNuke from localhost/DotNetNuke

i have enabled ports 80 and 8080 on the windows xp firewall to permit traffic

i think i have installed it properly.

please help this is urgent.

I also have a another installation of dnn 3.2.2 running on my machine and when i try to access it from the intranet it gives me a Page Cannot Be Displayed error. I have to admit this second installation was my second try at installing it and i believe it is intalled properly.

i type in http://chriswork/dnntest to access this application. the settings are the same as the previous settings.

please help.

I'm having the exact same issue.  Works fine from http://localhost/dotnetnuke_2, but when I set the site externally it starts throwing this error.  Did you ever find a resolution?
