Hi,

I'm trying to change the registration message (public  registration) and have tried updating the regisration resx file (under admin>security) using the languages menu under admin but the change dosen't flow through. I have 2 locales the default and en-nz, i have changed the text for both but no luck. Does anybody have any ideas? I've cleared the cache, restarted the website...

I'm also trying to find where the text "Preferred User Information" that is displayed on the registration page is stored so i can change it. Thanks for your time.

Wow, it took 10 days to get this post approved!!

Problem fixed, i needed to change the text in the manaageusers file under users.

I am pretty much in the same situation.

Today I was going over my site after a recent upgrade to 4.6.2, and came across the registration page. The text "Preffered User Information" and some of the other stuff is already localized on my site, but I can't find the "Preffered User Information" in the language tool either. I also have a hard time changing the rest of the stuff on that page.

Yep, same problem here.

How do I edit the "Preffered User Information" text on the Registration page? I'd also like to edit the rest of the Registration page, but would be happy just with "Preffered User Information". Does anybody know where  /Home/tabid/36/ctl/Register/Default.aspx is located?

Dave

I apologize fof any inclonvenience, the late approval is due to not showing up to moderators caused by a system issue, which shall be solved by the new version of the forums module installed finally.

Cheers from Germany,
