Hi ,

   I am a newbie in DNN.I have developed a sample module which wll display statuses like submitted,declined etc.i have written my Business Logic Layer and Data Acess Layer in the App_code directory(files are Statusinfo,StatusController,DtaProvider,SqlDataProvider) and  in the DeskTop Modules Folder i have created viewStatus And EditStatus web user controls.i also developed sqldataprovider and have run the script for creating the table and stored procedures.Finally when i add the module definitions i can add it but when added to a page it is giving an error like  AS BELOW

An error has occurred.
Error: Status is currently unavailable

 I am not able to understand why this is being occured.please help me in this regard.

To gather more information about the error you can look in the DNN EventViewer (LogViewer, depending on version) and find that error.  You must be logged in as admin in most cases, though sometimes it gives even more helpful information if you are logged in as host.  Taking a look at the error in the EventViewer (by the way, that is under the admin menu) will give you many more details about the nature of the problem.
