4.03.06, dbo, both connection strings are set and it's SQL Server 2005.

I'd posted an earlier message about how the database upgrade wouldn't actually do anything, it would simply report the old version, new version and say it completed, but nothing had actually been done and no steps were reported.  I never got a response to that message, but after a great many retries it finally kicked off and did upgrade the DB, and I thought I was in good shape until I tried to log in.

Has anyone found a solution for this?  I have not been able to succesfully debug my problem on my own.  I really do not want to have to start over.

Your Issue with the Login Page can be a skin issue, can located in other modules (third parity), wrong setting.  Have you try to call the login over the ADMIN folder?

To answer your question the login module under the admin gave same results.

Update: I am up and running.  I just didn't have the time to figure out what the difference was but, what I had to do however was:

1. Delete all files in BIN folder
2. Upload the entire 4.6.2 Install folder instead of the upgrade.
3. Re-upload the module dll's

Everything is working fine now.  Login module etc.

Again, I'm not sure what it was, but the upgrade didn't contain all the files I needed. But all is well.
