How can i change the below message? It is displayed because i have it set to private membership but i would like to change this message on the registration page.

*Note: Membership to this portal is Private. Once your account information has been submitted, the portal Administrator will be notified and your application will be subjected to a screening procedure. If your application is authorized, you will receive notification of your access to the portal environment. All fields marked with an red arrow are required.

go to languages in admin menu, select the language editor, select GlobalResources > SharedResources.resx file and scroll down to "PrivateMembership.Text". edit the text and save.

i dont see PrivateMembership.Text, and doing a search on the page produces no results, for both GlobalResources/SharedResources and GlobalResource/GlobalResource....
