I am hosting on my own dedicated servers. I have asked the Portal Admin for an alternate email address to test. Awaiting her feedback.
So if I am understanding right, then you cannot set the Feedback module to send the email to the Portal Admin using the same email address.
This does not appear to be very user friendly and is doesn't appear to really be an IIS limitation.
For instance, I have an XMod module that is used to send an email after a visitor completes a form.
The XMod sends FROM the Portal Administrator email and TO the email submitted in the form. So I just completed a form and used the Portal Admin email as the TO.
So I have setup a situation where the FROM and TO email addresses are the same and it went through without issue.
In the case of the Send Copy box, it just does not save the setting. I updated other settings and when I come back they are what I updated them to.
But with Send Copy, I can check it, update and then when I come back it is NOT checked.
Thanks for any other suggestions you have on the Emails not going out.
