Hi

I have my main portal website namley www.classcampers.com and have just made another portal :www.internetinsurnacequotes.co.uk as a child portal of classcampers. However, now when i get a new user registraation for classcampers.com the email is sent to admin@internetinsurancequotes.co.uk and not admin@classcampers.com.

I have checked the portal settings and classcampers is the parent portal with admin@classcampers.com as the email.

I actually cant remember ever setting internetinsurancequotes.co.uk portal with admin@internetinsurnacequotes.co.uk but i suppose i must have.

Does anyone know what could be wrong.

I obvoisly want each portal to send emails from and to there respective email addresses

Thanks
Paul

check the email address in the user data of the admin user, specified in site settings of your child portal.

HI

Im sorry but i dont think i understand because there doesnt seem to be an email address specified in either www.classcampers.com (parent), or www.internetinsurnacequotes.co.uk (child), portals, under Admin> Site Settings. There only appears to be an email to specify under HOST>Site settings on both sites. Both of these are set to admin@classcampers.com. So with this in mind i would suspect that both portals would use this email address and not my child portals email address (admin@internetinsurancequotes.co.uk).

Just to clarify my problem. My parent portal(www.classcampers.com), now sends me a confirmation email that someone has regsitered with www.classcampers.com using my child portals email address!

I do receive them so one would say that it doesnt matter, but it would be best that each portal used its own email address.

Thanks for your help
