I think that part of the reason that this question keeps coming up could be that in the Aggregated there are no pinned posts. So if you select to make a new thread from there, and select the forum from the list, the pinned thread will not have shown up.

I did a search for 'C# Code' (minus quotes) and nothing came up for the default time frame. Sent it back a year and I didn't get any posts about C# version of the source code. So unless you go to that forum, the pinned post isn't going to be easy to see.

Maybe make a feature for the forum to include pinned posts in searches, regardless of their timestamp?
