Which version of DNN are you using? And which editor? FreeTextBox or FCK?

In old DNN versions there is an issue with FreeTextBox and IE 7, but it works fine with IE 6 or Firefox.

With DNN 3.2 you're almost definitely using the FreeTextBox. My advice: Upgrade your DNN to 4.5.5 or 4.6.2! Unless you're using modules that don't run with higher versions of DNN there's no reason to stick to a 3.x version. (Check with the vendors of any third-party modules as to compatibility with DNN 4.5.5/4.6.2)
