I noticed that Registered Users have access to all role driven transmissions through the "View all users posts" feature within the forums.  Wondering how to either disable the "View all users posts" option, or eliminate the option for any messages to be visible that were sent between the Host & Admin.

Furthermore, this feature seems to search all of the forums within a given portal. Is there a way to only have it "View all users posts" by each individual forum?

Feedback Appreciated,

I am not even sure what you are talking about here, you lost me after "... or delminate the option for any messages to be visible that were sent between the Host & Admin".

Again, I never understood why anyone needs multiple forums on a single portal. Despite that, a user's profile is portal specific, not module specific so this is by design.

Every site has different needs.
In this case there is a need for a seperate forum.

Wondering if there is the ability to hide posts sent between Admin & Host from the "View all Users Posts", aside from deleting posts, which I just realized is an option.

Well, you could configure your forums differently thus reducing the number of required modules down to one. I have implemented hundreds of sites and never needed more than a single forum, but again I also know every which way the forum module can be used. I understand not every site is the same, I just think people don't think about how to use the forums besides just dropping a new one on a page when they want a new forum.

As for your hide posts, I still don't know what the heck you mean exactly. If you are saying hosts and admin users are exchanging posts between one another, why not use private messaging? Why not create a private forum that only Administrators can see, then no posts would should up that are in there except for people with permissions to see that forum.
