Hello Mike,

Are you sure of the format to be applied ???
I have tried as explain above, it does not work for me (it stays in ddd MM/dd/yyyy whatever language I choose).

I have tried with:

        <Settings>
            <Setting>
                <Name>DateFormat-en-US</Name>
                <Value>ddd MM/dd/yyyy</Value>
            </Setting>
            <Setting>
                <Name>DateFormat-fr-FR</Name>
                <Value>ddd dd/MM/yyyy</Value>
              </Setting>
          </Settings>

And I have a strange result (see my LINKS page): it is written as day/Month/year @ hour:minute
That's strange, I would like to have it like: thursday 25/10/2007

Björn, does it work as it should for you ??? What is the solution ???

Friendly bump...
Any idea ????

I can not have the thursday 25/10/2007 to be displayed, I only have day/Month/year @ hour:minute with the settings proposed...
And in addition, I am obliged to specify en-US and fr-FR, if I leave one without the local, it does not work.

Please don't take offence, are you sure that you have updated the template that's actually being used, and within that template, the token that's being displayed?

There seems to be plenty of space on that line, have you tried dddd dd mmm yyyy @ hh:mm just in the <Name>DateFormat</Name> settings?

I changed template.xml with following CODE:

 <Object>
  <Token>[CREATEDDATE]</Token>
  <Settings>
   <Setting>
    <Name>DateFormat</Name>
    <Value>ddd MM/dd/yyyy @ hh:mm</Value>
   </Setting>
   <Setting>
           <Name>DateFormat-de-DE</Name>
          <Value>ddd dd.MM.yyyy hh:mm</Value>
        </Setting>
  </Settings>
 </Object>
 <Object>
  <Token>[UPDATEDDATE]</Token>
  <Settings>
   <Setting>
    <Name>DateFormat</Name>
    <Value>ddd MM/dd/yyyy @ hh:mm</Value>
   </Setting>
   <Setting>
           <Name>DateFormat-de-DE</Name>
          <Value>ddd dd.MM.yyyy hh:mm</Value>
        </Setting>
  </Settings>
 </Object>

Hope it helps! greetz

I made a mistake to the way I write it...
I think that I was tired last time when I checked it 20 times...
 Now it is ok, thanks a lot,
