SW: Win2K3 SP1, SQL 2000

Following the instructions to the letter

  1. Back up SQL DB and tree copy DNN website
  2. Adjust connection strings and machine keys (including uncommenting the SQL 2000 connection strings that were commented-out in web.config)
  3. Adjusting InstallationDate

I go to http://localhost to watch everything upgrade and I see:

And, of course, my site just doesn't work.  There's nothing in the above that indicates anything about upgrade; it looks like a fresh install.
