Sorry for my english but I try to explain the situation.

I have a portal in dotnetnuke, in this portal I create a child portal that works ok, the problem is the child portal only have a hosting account and admin account, how can I obtain users created from the parent portal and can use into the child portal?

Simple answer, you can't without a 3rd party module.
