Can anyone give me some insight as to where to begin looking to resolve this error?  It happens several times a minute on one of my DNN portals.

I can tell that it is referring to reflection and the creation of an object, but unfortunately, I do not see where to proceed to begin taking care of this exception.

Run this query in the SQL window and it should go away:

UPDATE ModuleDefinitions SET SupportedFeatures = 0 WHERE SupportedFeatures = -1

DotNetNuke Modules from Snapsis.com

ModuleDefinitions does not have a SupportedFeatures column.

Sorry. Make that:

UPDATE DesktopModules SET SupportedFeatures = 0 WHERE SupportedFeatures = -1

DotNetNuke Modules from Snapsis.com

Interesting.  I have run this query for all of my modules.  However, just in case a couple of my 3rd party modules (and the Repository Module) really need that setting.  That is, until I know what it does.  Thanks for your help!

You're all over the forums and blogs.  Where do you find the time?  :)
