It also seems that the cookie is not user-specific--at least not using forms authentication.  So if you logon as person A and answer a question, then logout and log back in as person B, the results view still appears instead of the question.  I'm going to take a quick whack at this--hopefully it is not too far over my head :]

You are correct, when using the cookie method, the cookie is user specific as to the user who is logged into the workstation, and is not unique to who is logged into the portal.  This is normal for cookies.

If you want it to be based on one vote per registered user then you should use that option under the module settings.

Using the cookie option will also not keep the same use from voting again if they use a different machine.
