Hi,

Is there any way to automatically create AD users in DNN without them logging in first?

I have a lot of pages that are set up for individual permissions. As soon as the AD authentication goes live, I will not be able to reconfigure the page until they log in for the first time (due to the AD user having DOMAIN\ in their user names).

Regards

Mike

I've never tried it but in theory you could manually create the account and the first time they logged in it would be updated with their info from the AD. As for mass creating them you could talk to 1-0-1 and see if he still has the module he created (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/mid/2108/threadid/113934/scope/posts/Default.aspx)
