Not sure where the best place to post this would be so here is where it's going.  :)

I've got a little problem with an incorrect moduleid and it's taking down my site.  I've got a lot of images that were indexed by google but unfortunately between the time they were indexed and now I deleted the gallery module, removed it from the recycle bin and then re-added it to the same page. Now whenever google comes along to re-index (they won't drop it for some reason) they hit about 600 times, or someone find a photo and wants to look at it, I get a general exception error. One is fine 8-10 or so and my application recycles and 600 cause IIS to restart.

The moduleID that is in the URL does not match the any module that is on the tabid in the url.  I would expect that a 404 error would be returned but of course the page is there.  I would like to send a 301 permanent redirect but don't have access to the server (it's hosted) and don't know how to get DNN to send a 301 or 404 if there is a problem with the module not existing.

Shouldn't there be some kind of error trapping somewhere to handle this?  Where in the code would I find the bits that handle module loading on the page?  I'm looking through the source but it's quicker to ask a bunch of people who know already.  :)

Maybe I'm just lucky and I'm the only one this is happening to.  :)
