as far as i know, any hosting supports ASP.NET will support DNN, so why's the question 'best dnn hosting' coming out?

If we are talking about Shared Hosting, the above you say is not correct. DNN need some special extras. ASP.NET support is not enough by any means.

 I think it more of what you get with you money i.e bandwidth and web space and how DNN is hosted...like is it a company that only gives you limit access to your DNN portal or is it some company that says here is what you need and you can upgrade or do anything that you want to the DNN portal.
