I have set up a dnn portal to allow for collaborative work among many different users.

When I get a new user, I give them admin permissions on a single new page, which they are allowed to edit, add content, install modules etc. It seems to work okay, and one user cannot edit another user's portal pages, which is what we want.

But there is a problem:

Any modules that are "view on all pages" are editable by every user on their own page, and the changes they make then appear on all other pages. is there a way to restrict users from editing certain modules (or panels) or ensure that the changes they make on their pages do not appear on all pages? Alternatively, is there a way to prevent users with admin permissions on their own page from editing or creating any "view on all pages" modules?

sorry, the current permission model does not allow this.
