When I click on the "here to login" hyperlink on page "http://www.dotnetnuke.com/tabid/125/default.aspx"
I get "You do not have access to view this tab within the portal." error.
I'm already logged in when I get this message what am I doing wrong?

Also when I do try to download a version of the software I get the following error:

 ---------------------------
Microsoft Internet Explorer
---------------------------
Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=dnn&filename=DotNetNuke_4.4.1_Source.zip&use_mirror=superb-east.

Operation aborted

Why do I get this error?

I'm seeing both your issues, the download issue looks to be something with Sourceforge doing a funky ajax popup about services, though I'm not positive.

FYI, personally, I would download DNN 4.6.2, not 4.4.1 :)
