I'm having an interesting problem creating vendors while logged in using the host account.

I can can create the vendor but I can load the banner ad or view the server.  The system tells me "You dont' have permission to see the files on this site".  It only the host account that has this problem the Admin logon is fine.

I can In all other moduled access and upload files using the Host account but I can do It using the vendors..

I am uning DNN 4.06.02 but also had the problem in 4.05.03 

Any ideas or help?

This is a bit boreing I would appreciate a respose to the question this is a reather critical issue.  I have found another issue the the banners I wont click throught to a DNN portal, just open up another window an displays the same page that the banner is on.

If the banner ad is on the same portal as the destination it navigated correctly.  I dont get why it seems to ignore the entred URL?
