The SigmaPro 7.0 module package about to be released.  If you have SigmaPro 6.0, you can download a small set of the new features from www.OnyakTech.com now.  One of the new modules is a new Email Viewer that replaces the Email Monitor in the core SigmaPro module.  This new module will help you configure the Email Monitor Scheduler and allows you to view all emails that were processed with the Email Monitor.  A screen shot is below, click on the image to view the full size.

 

The Email Viewer contains a POP3 Scheduled Email Monitor that is executed by DotNetNuke (from the Scheduler page in the Host menu of DotNetNuke).  The core SigmaPro module contains this very same Email Monitor, but the core SigmaPro module is only capable of processing one POP3 account against one project.  This new Email Viewer module has the capabilities of processing multiple POP3 accounts against multiple projects and gives you a new set of email templates to use for replies to new emails or replies to email notifications of updates to existing items in SigmaPro with the option of supplying all comments to the items in emails.

This new revamped Ajax enabled Email Monitor, a new AJAX enabled Help Desk add-on module and the SigmaPro core module is available now.  The core module available contains only a small portion of the new features, but the full release of the core module and other new modules will be available very soon. 

SigmaPro 7.0 is a free upgrade if you have purchased SigmaPro 6.0 this year.   More information will be posted when the final release is published.
