Hi,

I changed Feedback.ascx file which you can find in
Admin--> Desktop Modules.

Sorry, I don't understand the "Admin--> Desktop " means? Could you explain it deeply?

this means that if you look at your folder structure through Windows Explorer and navigate to website\DesktopModules folder you'll see a sub folder called Feedback. You should be able to modify the look and feel of the feedback page via editing the actual ascx page.
